However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Please note a shipping fee will be assessed. If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are only permitted for U.S. orders.

 

3 YEAR WARRANTY

100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Devices. Butiblener stands by the quality of our Devices and is confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of a Butiblener Device, simply contact butiblener@gmail.com and return the Device within 30 days of the date of purchase in the original box, postage paid by sender, together with proof of purchase. We will process a refund for the full purchase price to the original payment method. Guarantee applies to Devices purchased from our website only.

 

If a Butiblener Device was purchased from the Butiblener website or an authorized Butiblener retailer and is defective in workmanship or materials, Butiblener will replace your Device free of charge for 36 months from the date of purchase if the Device is registered within 90 days, except for liquid skincare products which are eligible for replacement due to defects in workmanship or materials within 30 days of the date of purchase. Butiblener regularly changes the models, colorways, and styles of its products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any product.

 

  • Warranty Registration: To obtain coverage under the warranty, please register your Device and upload proof of purchase. FAILURE TO REGISTER YOUR DEVICE WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE RENDERS THE WARRANTY VOID.

  • Warranty Service: To obtain service under the warranty, email us at butiblener@gmail.com for instructions on returning the defective Device, postage paid by sender. Butiblener reserves the right to inspect a Device subject to a warranty claim to determine whether the claim is covered by the warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL BUTIBLENER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 36 MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some States and international countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

UNAUTHORIZED RETAILERS: BUTIBLENER’S WARRANTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS BECAUSE BUTIBLENER IS UNABLE TO OVERSEE OR CONTROL THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS SOLD BY SUCH UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS. REFUNDS & SHIPPING FEES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

  • Address Issues & Re-shipping: Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address are eligible for a refund less a handling fee of $12.95 for US and $19.95 for international, unless the order was placed with shipping protection offered at checkout. If you wish to have your order re-shipped, a re-shipping fee of $12.95 for US and $19.95 for international will be charged. This fee applies to all orders that require re-shipment, including those returned for an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout to avoid unnecessary fees and delays.
